Abstract

This study is proposed with the main objective of establishing the relationship between the evaluation of teacher performance and school performance in the communication area of ??the fifth year of secondary school No. 3069 "Generalissimo San Martin". UGEL N ° 04 - Ancón. Lima 2018.

The sample will consist of 60 students from the communication area of ??the fifth year of secondary education. Questionnaires will be applied to observe the teachers and the information of the school performance will be gathered from the student's study records that will allow us to measure the variables to perform the corresponding correlations and comparisons.

The results obtained allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the hypotheses investigated, according to the level of significance of 5%, if there is statistical evidence to affirm that the evaluation of the teaching performance is related to the school performance in the communication area of ??fifth of secondary of the educational institution n ° 3069 "Generalissimo San Martín". UGEL N ° 04 - Ancón. Lima 2018, according to the Rho correlation of Spearman of 0, 768 and p <0.05, which indicates a positive and significant relationship between teaching performance and academic performance in the communication area of ??the fifth year of high school education No. 3069 "Generalissimo San Martín". UGEL N ° 04 - Ancón. Lima 2018. Likewise the results of the specific hypotheses we can note that the teaching performance and the intelligence and aptitudes are presented, whose value is Spearman's Rho = 0.593 with a p <0.05, and regarding the school attitude and the teaching performance with Spearman's Rho = 0.563 and p <0.05. The value between the learning procedure and the teaching performance is Rho = 0.543, which points out that there is a significant relationship between the teaching performance and the learning procedure in the communication area of ??the fifth year of secondary school N ° 3069 " Generalissimo San Martín. " UGEL N ° 04 - Ancón. Lime.
