Strategic Planning and organizational development At the Magister Private Institution. Lima

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between strategic planning and organizational development at the Magíster Private Educational Institution in Lima. The research followed a quantitative approach using the hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational design. A probabilistic sample was evaluated using instruments validated by three expert judges, and reliability was established through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, applying Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient. The findings revealed a positive, strong, and statistically significant relationship between strategic planning and organizational development (Spearman's Rho = 0.744; p = 0.000). It was concluded that effective strategic planning significantly contributes to strengthening organizational development within the educational institution under study.
